Delivery Policy

1.1 We use DPD to deliver our goods and may use any other alternative carrier from time to time.

1.2 Unless you have paid for special delivery we will endeavour to deliver all UK mainland orders placed before 4:30pm UK time the next working day and all ROI, NI, Highlands and non-mainland UK orders within 48 hours.

1.3 If something happens which:

1.1.1 Is outside of our control, and

1.1.2 Affects the estimated date of delivery

We will let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the goods.

1.4 Delivery and risk of the goods will take place at the time that the goods are delivered to the address set out in your order.

1.5 We may deliver your goods in instalments and any delay or defect in any instalment shall not entitle you to cancel any other instalment.

1.6 You must direct any queries about your order or delivery arrangements to your account manager.

1.7 We shall not be liable for any late delivery or where the number of goods delivered is less than the number ordered or where the incorrect goods have been delivered in error.

1.8 If you have any complaints about the goods you must contact your designated account manager within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
